Projexo Caisse

Lightspeed Restaurant, integrated to the way you serve.

POS software designed for restaurants, configured and installed by Projexo to suit your dining room, your counter, your kitchen and your ordering channels.

SoftwareLightspeed Restaurant, published by Lightspeed

The software in plain terms

A POS written for restaurants, not adapted to them

Order taking, sending to production, payment, reports: the movements of service, in the right order.

Order taking

In the dining room, on a floor plan, with sending to production. This is the heart of the entry-level plan.

Payment

On the fixed till or the tablet included in the plan, with the integrated payments announced by the publisher.

Kitchen display

The publisher announces it as an add-on to the entry-level plan: it is not a function included as standard.

Reports

Performance reports and monitoring app, included from the entry-level plan.

Stock

Stock management appears from the Core plan, not in the Basic plan.

Online ordering and delivery

QR code ordering and payment from Core; Click & Collect and delivery in the Pro plan.

The Lightspeed interface or terminal

The publisher's pricing

What Lightspeed charges, and what Projexo charges

Two different quotes, two different lines: they are never confused.

Publisher subscription pricing — the publisher's three plans

What each one contains, and what the next one adds: the first price is not the only one.

These amounts cover the software alone, billed by the publisher. Hardware (terminals, printers, payment terminals, scanners) and Projexo integration (audit, installation, setup, data migration, training, support) are priced on quote, line by line.

Basic

The entry-level plan

  • Fixed till or POS tablet
  • Performance reports and the Lightspeed Pulse app
  • 24/7 support by chat and by phone
  • Integrated payments
What it does not include
  • Neither stock management nor QR codes: they start at Core
  • Neither Click & Collect nor delivery: they are in Pro

Core

Everything in Basic, plus

Software alone. Hardware and Projexo integration: on quote.

What the plan includes
  • 2 licences, to be chosen from the options
  • Stock management

Pro

Everything in Core, plus

249 €per month

Software alone. Hardware and Projexo integration: on quote.

What the plan includes
  • 3 licences, to be chosen from the options
  • Click & Collect and delivery
  • Custom payment rate
  • Additional till: 49 € — the pricing page does not state how often this amount is charged.
  • Announced as add-ons whatever the plan: mobile till (Tableside), kitchen display screen, workforce management and payroll, accounting, direct API access, certain third-party integrations.
  • The pricing page does not specify whether the amounts are exclusive or inclusive of VAT. Until the publisher confirms it, we do not state it one way or the other.

These prices are not the price of your project

The total cost depends on the software, the number of terminals or team members, the options, the hardware and the integration services. Projexo draws up a detailed proposal after analysing your needs.

What Projexo adds

Lightspeed provides the software. Projexo builds the installation.

Eleven steps between signing and the first paid service — that is where the rest is decided.

Workflow audit

How service flows today, before any technical choice.

Sizing

How many terminals, where, for what pace of service.

Terminals and peripherals

What really connects to your installation, and what waits.

Preparing the hardware

The hardware arrives configured, not in its original box.

Menu, prices, VAT, users

The setup that makes a receipt come out right.

Printers and destinations

Each item goes to the station that prepares it: it is set once.

Data migration

Whatever the old system agrees to export is taken over; whatever it refuses is re-entered, and that is said in advance.

Order journey tests

An order taken, sent, served, paid — before opening.

Team training

On the installed terminal, with your menu.

Start-up support

The first services, when questions come up in real situations.

Support

One contact who knows your installation, whatever device is involved.

In practice

The same order, four organisations

From order taking to reporting: what changes from one service to the next.

Table service

The order is taken in the dining room and goes to production without passing through the till. Payment comes at the end, at the table or at the counter.

What mattersA floor plan that looks like your dining room, moved tables included
What Projexo sets upThe floor plan, the print destinations, and the journey tested before opening

Counter

Order and payment in the same movement, on the same screen. It is the shortest configuration — and the one where the queue shows immediately.

What mattersA short sequence, because the queue keeps moving
What Projexo sets upThe layout of the sales screen and the connection of the payment terminal

Takeaway

An order that leaves is not an order that stays. Production has to know, otherwise it sends it out at the same time as dining-room service.

What mattersA distinct destination and production time
What Projexo sets upThe print destinations and the marking of takeaway orders

Mixed organisation

Dining room, counter and takeaway at the same time. The software is not the problem: it is the setup that decides whether the three coexist or get in each other's way.

What mattersExplicit production priorities, not implicit ones
What Projexo sets upThe production order, the rights per user and the tests of the three journeys

No function is presented here as available without having been checked at the audit. What depends on the plan subscribed is flagged above, in the price list.

Going further

This software is not chosen on its own

It fits into a trade, runs on hardware, and comes with support.

The HORECA solution

The trade before the tool: how the work is organised, and what the POS has to do in it.

The hardware

Terminals, printers, payment terminals, scanners: what gets connected, and what waits.

Our integrations

Making the software, the peripherals, payment and your tools hold together.
