Long bookings for several people
A two-hour circuit, a booking for four, a private room: a spa's schedule manages resources as much as people. Online booking reserves the spaces, the therapists and the slots needed together, and refuses what does not fit, rather than finding out on the day.
Gift vouchers and memberships
A gift voucher is sold to one person and used by another, sometimes months later. The software issues the voucher, tracks its validity and balance, and links it to the booking when it is used; memberships and session cards are handled the same way, on the client record.
Access, lockers and ancillary services
Access to the pools, a bathrobe, a locker, a drink: so many lines added to the main treatment. They are set up as services or products in the software, booked or paid for with the rest, and appear on a single receipt.
Reminders before the session
A long session deserves a precise reminder: the recommended arrival time, what to bring, the cancellation policy. The message goes out automatically the day before, by SMS or message, and reduces late arrivals as well as no-shows on slots that are hard to refill.
