We start from your workflows
How the order comes in, who enters it, where it goes, what gets counted in the evening. The tool comes afterwards.
Projexo Caisse — integrator
HORECA, Retail or Beauty: we select and integrate the software, hardware and services needed for how you actually operate.
What Projexo does
Three specialist software solutions. One integrator to hold it all together.
How the order comes in, who enters it, where it goes, what gets counted in the evening. The tool comes afterwards.
Lightspeed Restaurant, ERPLY or Salonized depending on the trade. We do not publish them: we integrate them.
Compatible hardware, plugged in and configured — not a list of part numbers to order yourself.
A single point of contact when a printer stops responding or an update changes a screen.
Three trades, three solutions
Choose your trade: the challenges, the software and the configuration change with it.
HORECA
Restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries and fast food: everything happens between taking the order and sending it to the kitchen, at the hours when nobody has time.
RETAIL
Shops, concept stores, grocers and stores: the catalogue, the barcodes and the stock decide how reliable everything else is.
BEAUTY
Salons, beauty centres, spas and barbers: the appointment, the treatment and the client record matter as much as taking payment — and product sales are grafted onto them.
Projexo's role
Select a step to see what it covers in practice.
How the order comes in, who enters it, what goes to the kitchen or the stockroom, what gets counted in the evening. Friction points are seen on site, not on a questionnaire.
Lightspeed Restaurant for HORECA, ERPLY for retail, Salonized for beauty. We also tell you when your current installation can be kept.
Payment, ordering, e-commerce, accounting: every connection is checked before it is promised. An integration is not announced on the strength of a logo.
Touchscreen terminal or iPad, printer, drawer, scanner, payment terminal. Compatible with the chosen software — this is the check nobody does for you.
Assembling the terminal, connecting the peripherals, network, power, tests. Go-live day is planned with you, outside service hours when possible.
Items, treatments, menus, prices, VAT, users and rights. It is the longest and most decisive step: a badly configured till stays wrong even on good hardware.
On the installed hardware, with your items and your treatments. Not a generic demonstration: the everyday actions, including the cases that cause problems.
Assistance, remote maintenance, update tracking, diagnosis, call-out if needed, and onboarding of new arrivals in the team.
Three specialist software solutions. One integrator to make it all work.
Hardware
The trade decides what sits on the counter. Choose yours.
The final configuration depends on the audit of your workflows, the number of terminals, the environment of the point of sale — network, power, space on the counter — and the compatibility between the chosen software and the peripherals.
Integration and connections
What connects depends on the chosen software. Every connection is checked before it is promised.
The POSThe point where everything comes together
That the tool exposes a usable interface, that your subscription plan gives access to it — this is often where it gets stuck — and that the necessary data can actually be read and modified. Until these three points have been checked on your installation, the connection remains an assumption, not a feature.
Installation, configuration and training
What go-live includes, in the order it happens.
The terminal is assembled and tested before it reaches you. Go-live day is not discovery day.
Items, treatments, menus, prices and VAT. This is the longest part, and the one that decides whether the figures are right.
Who can cancel a line, open the drawer, view the figures. A till without defined rights is not a reliable till.
Printers, drawer, scanner, payment terminal, network. Each device is tested with the software, not just plugged in.
Items, customers, history: carried over or imported when the original format allows it. We tell you what can be recovered before starting.
A simulated service from end to end: order, production, payment, receipt, closing. Errors are found there, not in front of a customer.
On the installed terminal, with your items. The everyday actions and the cases that cause problems.
The first few days, when questions come up in real situations and need an answer straight away.
After go-live
That is where the difference shows between a reseller and an integrator.
A contact who knows your installation, not a switchboard that asks for your serial number again.
Many things are sorted out remotely, without waiting for a call-out.
An update can move a button or change a setting. We keep track of it so that you do not discover it in the middle of service.
We first identify where the fault comes from — software, peripheral, network — before sending anyone out.
Teams change. New members are trained without starting from scratch.
Hours, response times and levels of intervention are defined in the support contract signed with you: they are not announced here until they are contractually agreed.
