Projexo Digital

A regular presence, without your evenings

Your business produces enough every week to feed your social media. What is missing is the time to turn it into posts.

Choosing

Being everywhere means being nowhere

Each platform demands a different format and rhythm. Two well-kept accounts are better.

Platforms, their audience and their use
PlatformWho is thereWhat it is for
InstagramBroad, rather urban, highly visualShowing the quality of what you do
FacebookLocal customers, neighbourhood groupsReaching a nearby geographical area
TikTokYoung — but less so than people sayGetting discovered beyond your own audience
LinkedInProfessionals, decision-makersSelling to other businesses, or recruiting

These are not universal rules

A tradesperson selling to private customers can succeed on LinkedIn; a restaurant may need only Facebook. The choice depends on your actual customers and on your capacity to produce material — not on the fashion of the moment.

What it changes

A month of an account, with and without a calendar

It is not talent that is missing, it is the month planned in advance.

Without a calendar

· your accounts

Your account

postnothing

What it changes, point by point
  • Two posts in the month, decided on the day.
  • No short format: it needs to be prepared.
  • Incoming messages wait.

With a calendar

· your accounts

Your account managed

postshort formatnothing

What it changes, point by point
  • The month is planned in advance, and approved by you.
  • Short formats are produced with the rest, not on top of it.
  • Messages are followed up within the same week.

Division of roles

Who provides what

A social media service almost always fails for lack of material, never for lack of talent.

You provide

  • Manager access, from your own account
  • Opening hours, address, range, displayed prices
  • Photos and videos of your business, even taken on a phone
  • A short slot to approve the calendar
  • The business answers that cannot be invented
  • The consent of the people who appear in the images

Projexo produces

  • The editorial line and the content pillars
  • The monthly calendar, submitted for approval
  • Visuals, texts, editing of short videos
  • Scheduling and publishing
  • Day-to-day moderation, within the approved framework
  • The monthly report and recommendations
What "full community management" means — and what it does not cover

Included: publishing, replying to comments and private messages on everyday topics — opening hours, displayed prices, availability, address, terms —, reporting illegal content, and passing on anything that engages your responsibility.

Not included: complaints and disputes, managing Google reviews, order taking, technical or legal advice to your customers, and any on-call duty in the evening or at the weekend.

Moderation hours, the target response time and the approval procedure are agreed with you and written into the contract.

Two examples of a four-week calendar

These calendars are teaching examples built for this page. They are not the schedules of existing clients.

Retail shop, two networks — W1: a featured product, a new-stock video, an opening-hours story. W2: the most requested usage tip, a photo of the layout, a question to the community. W3: behind the scenes and a window display before/after. W4: recap of the month, customer proof if authorised, announcement of the next month.

Restaurant, two networks — W1: the seasonal dish on video, the lunch menu in a story, a booking reminder. W2: a product and its producer, a photo of the dining room, the answer to a frequent question. W3: the technical move in the kitchen, behind the scenes during the rush. W4: upcoming event, look back at the month, authorised review.

What should guide the choice of a cadence

The offers

How much does social media management cost?

Prices live in one place on the site. There you can compare the three Projexo Digital offers; cadences and options are detailed on the prices page.

Before deciding

Ten questions that decide

The visuals, texts and videos produced for you belong to you and remain yours after the engagement, in their original format. Two reservations: licensed music and fonts follow their publisher's terms, and stock images bought for a specific use cannot be reused outside that use. For photos and videos in which people appear, written consent is requested before publication.
Yes. The month's calendar is submitted to you before the period begins, and nothing is published without your agreement. A time-limit rule is in place so that production does not stall: once that time has passed with no reply, the content already approved in the calendar goes out as planned. The exact time limit and the approval procedure are still to be confirmed.
A credible presence needs images of your real activity. Two options: you produce the material yourself — we then provide simple shooting guidelines designed for a phone — or you take the on-site reportage option, which covers one shooting session on your premises and feeds several weeks of posts. Without real images, production falls back on generic visuals, and it shows.
Projexo replies to everyday questions from a framework of answers approved with you: opening hours, displayed prices, availability, address, terms. Anything that engages your responsibility — a complaint, a dispute, a medical or legal question, a sensitive subject — is passed on to you and never handled on your behalf. Private messages follow the same rule.
The principle is simple: never delete a legitimate negative review, never reply in the heat of the moment, and alert you immediately. Illegal content — insults, discriminatory remarks, publication of personal information — is hidden and reported. The detailed procedure, with the people to contact and the alert time limit, must be agreed with you before the start.
Because a single month produces nothing measurable and does not allow the editorial line to be corrected. The first month is spent building the visual references and testing formats, the second seeing what takes, the third adjusting. Below that, you pay for production without ever reaching the point where it starts to be useful.
You remain the owner of the accounts. Projexo is added as a manager from your own administration area, never by taking your password. You can withdraw that access at any time, without going through us. If your accounts were created by a former provider under their own account, the first step is to recover ownership of them.
No. Distribution depends on private algorithms that change without notice, and no serious provider can promise a number of followers, virality or a volume of sales. What we commit to: a publishing rhythm that is kept, consistent quality, a coherent line and a monthly report that says what worked as well as what did not. Buying followers is ruled out — it permanently damages an account's reach.
Community management produces and publishes content that mainly reaches people who already follow you. Advertising buys reach among people who do not know you. The two complement each other but do not replace each other, and the advertising budget is always paid directly to the ad networks, on top of the fees. Content distributed without a budget does not become a campaign.
No firm timescale is shown until it is confirmed in the quote. Three things determine the start: recovering access, approving the editorial line, and the availability of the first images. It is almost always the visual material that decides the date of the first post.

Going further

What goes with it

Each area of expertise produces material that the others reuse. That is what makes a combined offer cheaper.
