Appointing a data protection officer is not mandatory for all organisations. If no officer is appointed, this must be stated and the point of contact responsible for data protection matters indicated.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you send us voluntarily, and what visiting a website technically produces. No data is purchased or collected from third parties.

2.1 Through the contact form

• Required: first name and surname, telephone, email address, nature of your need.
• Optional: town or area of the project, name of the business, sector of activity, free-text message.
• Consent: tick box agreeing to be contacted again.

The message field is free text: we ask you not to include any sensitive data in it (health, opinions, trade union membership, etc.). We do not need any and do not request any.

2.2 Through the solution configurator

The answers to the configurator questions are kept in your browser only (session storage), for the duration of your visit, so that you do not lose your progress. They are sent to us only if you confirm submission of the final contact form, which uses the same fields as above.

2.3 Technically, as a result of visiting

• IP address, date and time, page visited, browser type — in the hosting provider's connection logs.

The website places no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool, no advertising tracker, no social media pixel. See the Cookies page.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

We carry out no unsolicited commercial prospecting, no automated decision-making and no profiling. Your data is neither sold, rented nor exchanged.

4. How long

• Enquiry not followed up: three years from the last contact
• Customer: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the applicable limitation period.
• Accounting records: the statutory retention period applicable in Spain — six years from the close of the financial year (article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code)
• Connection logs: according to the hosting provider's policy — twelve months at most, then deletion
• Configurator answers: erased when the tab is closed.

5. Who receives your data

Your data is processed by the people in the company who need to know it in order to respond to your enquiry. It may be passed on to the following providers, acting as processors:

• Website hosting: Contabo GmbH, servers located in Germany (European Union)
• Form handling: carried out by our own server, hosted at Contabo GmbH in Germany — no third-party service (neither Formspree, nor EmailJS, nor equivalent) is involved
• Business email: info@projexo.solutions mailbox hosted at Contabo GmbH, Germany (European Union)

A single provider is therefore involved, Contabo GmbH, for website hosting, form handling and email; its hosting terms serve as a data processing agreement within the meaning of article 28 of the GDPR.

Your data may also be disclosed to administrative or judicial authorities where required by law.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

The website itself triggers no transfer of data to a third party: fonts are served from our own domain, and no external content is embedded in the pages. Loading a page communicates your IP address to nobody other than our hosting provider.

Website hosting and form handling involve no transfer outside the European Union: the servers are located in Germany and enquiries are sent directly from our server to our business email, which is also hosted in Germany.

7. Security

The website is served over HTTPS: data sent through the forms is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiries received is restricted to the relevant people in the company. No password or banking data is collected by this website: it offers neither user accounts nor online payment.

8. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time — such withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

To exercise them, write to info@projexo.solutions stating your request. Proof of identity may be requested if there is any doubt. We respond within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

9. Minors

This website is aimed at professionals. We do not knowingly collect data concerning minors. Should such data be sent to us by mistake, it would be erased on simple notification.

10. Changes

This policy may change, in particular if new tools are added to the website. Any substantial change will be indicated on this page.
