Where each workstation is, what is connected to it, and how.
Projexo Caisse
An installation prepared, connected and tested before the first customer.
Projexo prepares the hardware, configures the software and checks every step of the journey before go-live.
How the installation unfolds
Six steps, half of which take place before we arrive at your premises
Most of the work is done off site: that is what shortens the interruption.
Off-site preparation
The hardware is unpacked, assembled, updated and pre-configured in our premises.

Configuration
Nine settings, never the same values
Choose your trade: it is the configuration that makes the difference, not the hardware.
A restaurant, a café, a bar
Nine settings, made before you arrive at the till. They are what makes a receipt come out right and an order go to the right place.
- The menuDishes, drinks, set menus, and the modifiers that go with them
- PricesEat in, take away, happy hour if you offer one
- VATRates by category, and what changes depending on how it is consumed
- UsersOne account per person, not a shared account

Before / after
Go-live day
Two ways of opening: the difference is decided in the weeks before.
On arrival
- The hardware arrives in its boxes, to be unpacked on site
- The software runs with its factory settings
- The peripherals are plugged in but never tested together
- The catalogue is entered while customers wait
- The team discovers the system on launch day
On leaving
- The hardware arrives assembled, updated and pre-configured
- The catalogue, prices and taxes are loaded
- Every peripheral has been tested on the actual workstation
- A sale, a payment, a return and a closing have been run through
- The team has been trained on this configuration
These two columns describe preparation, not a guarantee that nothing unexpected will happen: a network outage or faulty hardware remains possible, and that is when support takes over.
Who does what
An installation is prepared by several parties
What we do, what falls to you, and what depends on a third party: written down beforehand, not discovered on the day.
You
What you provide or approve
- Access to the premises on the agreed date
- Power supply and network in place
- The content of the catalogue or menu, and its sign-off
- Decisions on rights per user
- The presence of a manager during the tests
Projexo
What we carry out
- Off-site preparation of the hardware
- Fitting and connecting the peripherals
- Trade-specific configuration, workstation by workstation
- Sale, payment and closing tests
- The commissioning report
Publisher or third party
What does not depend on us
- Electrical or network works, if any are needed
- Activation of payment methods by the provider
- Suppliers' delivery lead times
- Licences granted by the publisher
Electrical and network works are not part of the service: they are identified at the audit and costed separately, by the company carrying them out.
Prices
What is billed, and what is not
Each line is read separately: the installation, the hardware and the licences are not the same item.
The duration of the installation depends on the number of workstations, the peripherals and the data migration. It is set in the quote, after the audit.
What you are left with
What is handed over at go-live
An installation is documented: otherwise nobody can take it over.
The settings applied, category by category.
Who has access to what, as decided with you.
The tests run before leaving, and their result.
What is in service, what remains to be done, and by whom.
These documents are produced for the installations we carry out: their form depends on the scope, set in the quote.
Our expertise
Five trades that follow one another
Each one prepares the next: that is what makes the difference between an integrator and a reseller.
Let us prepare a go-live that fits your schedule.
We identify what needs to be installed, we prepare the hardware off site and we agree on a date that disrupts your business the least.
Your quote, itemised line by line.
An audit of your workflows, then a quote detailing every item and a rollout schedule set with you.
