Costa del Sol

A till that holds through the season, and speaks the customer's language.

A business on the coast does not take the same money in February as in August, and serves customers who do not all speak the same language. The point of sale is chosen with that in front of you, not afterwards.

What the coast changes

Three constraints an inland business does not have

They do not change the software: they change the sizing, the setup and the training.

The season

The same place runs its service on one till out of season and is swamped with two in July. The number of checkout points, the licence and the number of people trained are decided on the peak, not the average — otherwise the setup gives way exactly when it earns.

International customers

Foreign cards, tips, a menu and screens to be read in several languages. What is settled once in the setup is otherwise paid for at every service, in time lost at the counter.

Staff turnover

A team that changes between two seasons takes over a till it does not know. A simple interface and training redone before the season beat a brilliant setup nobody can pick up.

Where we operate

From Mijas, the coast and Málaga

Digital work is done remotely. Installing a point of sale means travelling out, and that is where being nearby counts.

Beyond that area we can still come out, case by case. We would rather say so than promise a lead time the road will not keep.

By trade

What the coast lives on

Each trade has its own page, with its customer journey and an indicative configuration.

Belleza

Salons, beauty studios, barbers and spas: the calendar before the till, resources to line up, gift vouchers to track.

Regulation

Verifactu, and what to take from it

Spain is progressively requiring invoicing systems that comply with the regulation known as Verifactu. As of 26 March 2026, the information note from the Agencia Tributaria, applying Real Decreto-ley 15/2025, sets two separate deadlines.

Companies subject to corporation taxBefore 1 January 2027
Self-employed and other taxpayersBefore 1 July 2027

The distinction matters: most businesses on the coast are autónomos, and their deadline is the second one, not the first. Before each date, the authorities describe a period during which the current system may still be used.

This timetable has already been put back twice. So we date what we write, and we declare no software compliant on your behalf: that point is checked vendor by vendor, during the audit.

What we do

From the audit to the next season

Before

An audit of the service as it actually runs, the choice of software by trade, sizing on the peak rather than the average, and reusing what is already there when that is possible.

During and after

Installation and menu setup, training for the team — redone before the season if the team has changed — and support when something does not go to plan.

The Projexo POS approach · Hardware · Prices

Let's talk about your point of sale, and your season.

We look at how the service actually runs before recommending software and a number of stations.
