How it works

Four pillars, none is enough on its own

A perfect website with no content does not rank. Good content on a broken website does not either.

The four pillars of SEO The technical base carries three columns: content answering the search intent, authority coming from links, and local SEO. Together they support a single objective: appearing on searches that have commercial value. Appearing on searches that have commercial value Content and intent One page per search intent, not one page per keyword Authority The links pointing to you. The slowest lever to imitate Local SEO Google profile, reviews, consistent contact details. The fastest effect Technical base Speed, mobile display, indexing, duplicate pages, structured data
Without the foundation, everything built on top is dampened.
How we decide where to start
  • Technical state first — if it prevents indexing, it comes before everything else. Fixing a blockage costs little and unlocks the rest.
  • Commercial potential — "conservatory quote Toulouse" is worth more than "conservatory".
  • Real difficulty — a query out of reach this year may stay that way for a long time. Better to know beforehand.
  • Target area — rankings change depending on where the search is made from. The perimeter is decided explicitly.
  • Ability to convert — bringing people to a weak page is like filling a leaking bucket.

Method

A cycle, not a project that ends

Five stages repeated every month, with an identifiable deliverable for each.

The monthly SEO cycle Measure, fix, publish, build authority, analyse and prioritise — then the cycle starts again the following month. MeasureFixPublish AuthorityPrioritise rankings, traffic, enquiriestechnical, indexing pages and articlesrelevant linksthe following month and the following month starts again, with what has been learnt
The report says what moved and what did not move. A report that only shows increases is useless.

Measurement

Every figure with its limit

Confusing a visibility indicator with a commercial result is the most common mistake.

Indicators tracked and their limits
IndicatorWhat it saysIts limit
ImpressionsThe website appeared in the resultsAppearing is not being seen
Average positionWhere you stand on averageCan rise while the useful queries fall
ClicksThe traffic that actually arrivedUnqualified traffic inflates the figure without changing anything
Local rankingsThe ranking from the target areaVaries from one neighbourhood and one device to the next
Calls and formsEnquiries received, with their originCall tracking depends on your own records
Qualified enquiriesThose that match your offerSelf-reported: worth what your feedback is worth

Sources: Search Console, audience measurement, and your feedback. No tool knows your turnover: the link between visibility and sales remains an interpretation, made with you.

Our commitments

What our wording covers

What our commitments cover

Four expressions we use, and exactly what they cover.

The number of keywords tracked

each plan tracks at most 10, 25 or 50 strategic keywords, chosen with you for their commercial value and revised over the months. This cap is a method: the effort stays focused on what can bring customers.

Reputation and authority work

it is content and relationship work — partners, local press, professional directories — not link buying. Link purchases, sponsored articles and external media costs are not included; if they are relevant, they are proposed to you separately.

A quality link, by what criteria

a site that is genuinely visited, thematically close to your business, indexed, with no artificial link network, and a link placed within content a human can read. The list of links obtained is sent to you every month.

The number of articles per month

it assumes that you answer the few business questions needed to write them and that you approve the texts. Without this material, the pace cannot be kept.

The offers

How much does SEO support cost?

Prices live in one place on the site. There you can compare the three Projexo Digital offers; one-off audit, migration, articles and links are detailed on the prices page.

Before deciding

Ten questions that decide

No timescale is promised on this page, because it depends on factors nobody fully controls: the age and history of your domain name, the technical state of the site, the competition in your area and for your search terms, and the pace at which you approve content. What is visible early, however, are the intermediate indicators: pages indexed, technical fixes completed, appearances in the results. The pre-audit gives a reasoned order of magnitude for your case, not a copied-out average.
No, and nobody honestly can. Ranking depends on a private algorithm, on your competitors, on the visitor's geographical area and on their history. What we commit to is the method: a defined scope of work, actions delivered every month, and transparent measurement of what moves and what does not. A provider who guarantees a position is selling either an obvious result with no commercial value, or a risk.
Each plan tracks a maximum number of strategic search terms — 10, 25 or 50 depending on the level — chosen with you for their commercial value. This ceiling is a method, not a technical limit: spreading the effort thin is the surest way to be visible for nothing. The terms are reviewed as the months go by.
No. A backlink is a link pointing to your site from another site; it counts as a recommendation. We work on those that are earned through content and relationships: professional directories, partners, local press, suppliers. Link purchases, sponsored articles and fees charged by external media or platforms are not included in our plans; where relevant, they are proposed to you separately and paid by you.
Content is written by Projexo from your business material — what you sell, your recurring customer questions, your vocabulary — then submitted for your approval before publication. It is published on your site, under your account, and you remain its owner. If the engagement ends, the published articles stay online and keep working for you.
Three accesses are needed: the site's administration to publish and correct, Search Console to see what Google understands of the site, and the Google Business Profile if you have one. They are requested as a guest administrator on your own accounts, never under a Projexo address. You can withdraw them at any time.
No, the two meet different needs. Advertising buys immediate visibility and stops the day the budget stops. SEO builds visibility that lasts, but takes time to settle in. When the budget allows, running both at the start is often the most effective: advertising keeps the site alive while SEO does its work.
This is the riskiest moment in a site's life. An unprepared redesign can make ranked pages disappear overnight. The migration has to be prepared: an inventory of existing addresses, a page-by-page redirection plan, keeping the content that works, checking indexing after the switchover, then monitoring for several weeks. It is a service in its own right.
What has been done remains: technical fixes, published content, page optimisations and links obtained do not disappear. Progress, however, stops, and positions erode over time as competitors keep working. The offers have no minimum term; the notice period is stated in the quote.
Yes, and they are two distinct markets, not a translation. Search queries, competitors and search habits differ from one country to the other. A bilingual site needs a suitable structure, content written for each market and local signals specific to each. The exact scope of the areas covered is still being defined.

Going further

What goes with it

Each area of expertise produces material that the others reuse. That is what makes a combined offer cheaper.

Request a pre-audit

Your site's address and the target area are enough. You receive what Google sees of your site, the blockages identified, and where to start.
