Booking by treatment and by room
A facial does not take the same cabin or the same time as a wax. Booking is done by treatment, with its duration, its cabin and the therapist who performs it; the schedule takes all three into account so that only genuinely possible slots are offered.
Treatment courses and multi-session packages
A ten-session course is sold once and used over weeks. The software tracks the sessions remaining on the client record, offers the next one at the end of each appointment and prevents a session already paid for from being charged again — or forgotten.
Product sales at the end of a treatment
The product used during the treatment is the one the client takes home if it is offered at the right moment. Treatment and products go on the same receipt, stock is updated, and the purchase history enriches the client record for the next piece of advice.
Reminders and confirmations
Confirmation at booking, a reminder the day before, a thank-you after the treatment: these automatic messages avoid no-shows and give the salon an attentive presence with no time spent. They go out by SMS or message, from the software, at the times you set.
