Online appointment booking
The phone ringing during a cut is the first appointment lost. Online booking, from the site or the Google listing, offers the slots actually available per stylist and per service, with the right duration; the salon's diary remains the only diary, kept by the software.
Client records and history
The colour used last time, the actual duration of a service, an allergy flagged, the usual stylist: the client record keeps what the team should not have to remember. It opens from the diary, is completed at the end of the appointment and follows the client whatever the chair.
Product sales at the counter
A shampoo recommended during the service sells at the moment of payment, not afterwards. The salon software takes payment for the service and the products on the same receipt, keeps stock of the references sold and flags what needs reordering.
Reminders to limit no-shows
