Projexo Digital

A budget that produces decisions, not expenses

A campaign that fails while teaching something is worth more than a campaign that runs without anyone knowing why.

Before spending

Advertising amplifies. It fixes nothing.

It makes the problems of an offer or a page visible faster.

It is the right time

It is the right time

  • Your offer already sells, elsewhere
  • The landing page is clear
  • Conversions are measurable
  • The budget allows enough conversions to decide
  • You can absorb the enquiries

Better to wait

Better to wait

  • The offer has never been sold
  • The page is slow, confusing or has no call to action
  • Nothing can be measured
  • Too few conversions: the differences will be down to chance
  • You cannot call back within a few days

When the audit concludes that it is better to wait, we say so. Fixing things before launching costs less than three months of running ads on a leaky system.

The performance chain

Seven links, one alone sets the result

Excellent targeting on a weak page yields nothing.

The advertising performance chain Seven links in a chain: objective, conversion tracking, audiences, ads, landing page, enquiry qualification, report and decision. The result of the whole is set by the weakest link; the landing page is most often the culprit. ObjectiveFollow-upAudiences AdsLandingQualificationDecision what countsof conversionswho we target several versionspageof enquiriesfor next month THE LINK MOST OFTEN WEAK WHAT THIS MEANS Excellent targeting on a weak page yields nothing. An excellent page without tracking never improves. Paying to send visitors to a confusing page amounts to funding departures.
It is the whole chain that is managed, not just the campaigns.
What "managing" means — frequency, decisions, deliverables
  • At scoping — offer, area, competition, page, handling capacity. Decision: launch, postpone or fix first. Deliverable: a written campaign plan.
  • At setup — accounts, tracking, audiences, structure, creatives. Deliverable: the configured system and the check that conversions are being recorded.
  • Every week — spend, cost per conversion, alerts, disapproved ads. Decisions: bids, budgets, exclusions, pausing.
  • Every month — period comparison, tests, quality of enquiries. Deliverable: an annotated report and a written recommendation.

A counter-intuitive rule: touching the settings every other day restarts the learning phase and makes the results unreadable. Not intervening is sometimes the most profitable decision — it is then written into the report, with its reason.

The link that is most often weak

The same ad, two landing pages

The click is paid for in both cases. What happens next costs nothing more.

What it changes, point by point
  • The page repeats the ad's promise word for word.
  • One action, decided in advance.
  • The conversion is recorded: the cost per enquiry becomes measurable.

Choosing the channel

Three logics, not three versions of the same thing

Starting guides, not truths: the choice is checked against your data.

Comparison of advertising channels
ChannelLogicIts limit
Google AdsIntent: people are already looking for what you sellHigh cost per click; creates no need
Meta AdsDiscovery: the person was not looking for anythingRequires good images, and the audience tires
LinkedIn AdsProfessional targeting: job title, sector, sizeMuch higher cost; rarely justified for consumers

What we do not claim

No official Google, Meta or LinkedIn partner status is displayed on this site. These programmes have precise criteria, and a badge is proven by a document: until it exists, the mention does not appear.

The indicators, and what they do not say
  • Impressions — indicate neither attention nor interest.
  • Click-through rate — an ad that is too vague attracts useless clicks: the rate goes up, quality goes down.
  • Cost per click — a low cost is not good news if nobody converts.
  • Conversion rate — depends first of all on the page and the offer.
  • Cost per lead — says nothing about value: ten leads outside your area are worth less than one good one.
  • Return on ad spend — only holds if the value of sales is recorded, and ignores your margins.

Visitor consent makes part of the traffic unmeasurable: that is the reason for the gaps between the platforms' figures and yours. These gaps are explained in the report rather than smoothed over.

The offers

How much does campaign management cost?

Fees live in a single place on the site. A reminder that does not change: the media budget is paid to the ad platforms, with no commission.

Before deciding

Ten questions that decide

There is no universal amount: the threshold depends on the cost per click in your sector and your area. The real criterion is the number of conversions the budget allows each month. Below around thirty conversions a month, the platforms have nothing to learn from and you have nothing to decide on: the differences observed are then down to chance. Scoping calculates this threshold for your case before launching anything.
The platforms go through a learning phase during which results are irregular and costs higher. Its length depends on the volume of conversions, not on the calendar. Changing the settings every other day extends this phase indefinitely: it is the most common and the most costly mistake. No duration is promised here until it is established on your own data.
No. The result depends on your offer, your prices, the competition at the time of the auction and your landing page's ability to convince — factors some of which are beyond our control and others of which are yours. What we commit to: a reliable measurement system, documented tests, explained decisions and a report that also says what did not work. A provider who guarantees a volume of leads or a return on ad spend can only do so by selecting what they show you.
No official partnership status is claimed on this site. These programmes have precise criteria and a badge has to be proven: until a document attests to it, the mention does not appear. Naming an ad platform means we know how to work on it, nothing more.
The accounts are opened in your name, in your own space, and Projexo is added as a user. This means that campaign history, the audiences built and conversion data stay with you if the engagement ends — which is precisely what has value in an advertising account. The exact terms for transferring and removing access remain to be confirmed in writing.
Projexo produces them, from your material: photos of your business, offer, prices if you display them, arguments that already work face to face. Several versions are put in competition, because a visual that seems obvious often loses to another. The creatives remain yours after the engagement. A photo or video shoot is a separate option.
Often, yes, and it is the most profitable expense. Paying to send visitors to a slow, confusing page with no clear action amounts to funding departures. If the audit concludes that the page is the weak link, we say so before launching, even if it means delaying the start. Creating the page is a separate service.
Tracking relies on tags placed on your website, a consent banner, and a declaration of these tools in your privacy policy. Measurements are only triggered after the visitor agrees, which makes part of the traffic unmeasurable and explains the gaps between the platforms' figures and yours. This configuration is not legal validation: compliance also depends on your other processing and deserves a check by a lawyer.
Two flows, never mixed. Management fees are invoiced by Projexo. The media budget is paid directly by you to the ad platforms, with your own payment method, and does not appear on our invoices. No commission is taken on your advertising budget: our remuneration does not vary with what you spend.
Yes. Delivery is cut off within minutes and spending stops with it. The notice period applies to management fees, not to the media budget, and is stated in the quote. If you stop, the account, campaigns, audiences and creatives stay with you, in working order.

Going further

What goes with it

Each area of expertise produces material that the others reuse. That is what makes a combined offer cheaper.
