Staff availability
Holidays, part-time hours, specialities: not everyone can do everything.
Beauty and wellness — salons, institutes and spas
For your clients as for your team: diary, treatments, client records, product sales and payment, all in one.
Understanding the trade
The diary organises the activity before the till takes payment.
The appointment is booked by phone, in person or online. It is the client's first commitment — and the first line of your day.
Who is working, which rooms are taken, how long each treatment takes. The evening before, everything is already decided.
The client arrives. Finding their record in three seconds changes the quality of the welcome — not just the team's comfort.
The time of the craft. Nothing that follows should interrupt it: it is the one moment the software must leave alone.
The treatment carried out becomes a line to be paid, and a recommended product is added without re-entering it.
The next appointment is booked while the client is still there. It is the most effective moment in the whole chain — and the one most often forgotten.

What makes this journey hard to keep up
Holidays, part-time hours, specialities: not everyone can do everything.
A colour and a cut do not take the same time. The diary has to know that.
Two simultaneous appointments require two places to receive them.
A delayed appointment shifts all the ones that follow, not just its own.
What was done last time, and what should not be done again.
It happens at the end of the session, or not at all.
Booked on the spot, it is secured. Postponed, it becomes a call to make.
What each team member did, and what the day brought in.
A day as the team sees it
Pick a moment: what it costs when information is missing, or entered twice.
The day can be read at a glance: who is working, which treatments are scheduled, where the gaps are. It is the only quiet moment to spot them.
A diary kept on paper or across two tools: nobody has the same version of the day.
One shared, up-to-date view, available from reception as well as from the workstation.
Find their record, know what was done last time, and what must not be done again. Three seconds, not three minutes.
The client is asked again what they already said — and the welcome starts with a hesitation.
The record opens from the appointment: the treatment history is right there.
Arrived, in progress, finished. A one-second gesture that tells everyone where the day stands, without having to ask.
Someone crosses the salon to check whether the client is there. At peak time, that is the gesture that gets dropped.
The appointment's status shows on the diary, and the delay carries over to the following ones.
The time of the craft. It is the one moment of the day when the software must fade into the background.
An interruption to go and check something at reception cuts the treatment in two.
Everything that needed knowing was seen at reception. Nothing demands attention during the session.
The advice is given during the treatment; the sale closes at reception. Nothing must be lost in between.
The recommended product is kept in mind, then re-entered at the till — if anyone remembers.
The product is added to the same bill as the treatment, with no double entry.
The treatment carried out, the product added, the payment method. The receipt must be right first time.
The amount is retyped on the payment terminal: one more chance to get it wrong.
Payment starts from the appointment, and the payment terminal receives the amount without re-entry.
The client is still in front of you. It is the most effective moment of the whole day to fill next week.
"I'll call back" becomes a call to make, then an empty slot in the diary.
The right team member's availability shows during payment: the appointment is booked straight away.
What the day really did: by team member, by treatment, between services and retail.
Adding up by hand in the evening, and relying on memory for the rest.
The day can be read at a glance, and discrepancies show the same day rather than at month end.
A shared diary does not eliminate missed appointments: it makes them visible sooner. We do not announce any quantified reduction in no-shows or delays — that would be an unverifiable promise, and the result depends first on your organisation.
Your configuration
Here the hardware keeps a low profile: we only install what is really useful.
You keep the diary and you carry out the treatments. The hardware must fit on a piece of furniture, put away easily, and never force you to cross the room to take payment.
No cash drawer if you hardly take cash any more: it is one more piece of furniture to open for nothing.
Several people work at the same time, on the same diary. What changes is not the hardware: it is who sees what, and who is allowed to move an appointment.
One account per team member, with their rights: that is the real subject of this configuration.
A treatment room is a resource like a team member: it is booked, it is freed, and two appointments cannot occupy it at the same time. It is the setup that carries this constraint, not the hardware.
Rooms and their durations are declared at the audit: badly set, they produce appointments impossible to honour.
Each establishment has its diary, its team and its reception. What is shared — the treatment catalogue, client records, the overview — depends on what the chosen solution actually supports.
This configuration is verified at the audit before any commitment: we do not announce multi-site operation we have not tested.
The number of terminals and the peripherals needed are determined by the audit: number of team members and rooms, space at reception, share of cash, network and power, and compatibility between the chosen software and the peripherals.
The software
Appointment and till software for the beauty trades, which Projexo integrates and configures.
The day and the week, shared by the whole team.
Booked, moved, tracked: the backbone of the activity.
Who works when, and on which treatments.
Their duration, their price, and the packages that group them.
The treatment history, to pick up where you left off.
The treatment and retail products at the counter, on the same bill.
What Projexo brings
Ten steps between signing and the first paying client — that is where the rest is decided.
How you work today, before deciding anything.
What you offer, how long it takes, and what it needs — team member, room, equipment.
The reception, the space available, the share of cash. The hardware is decided after, not before.
Whatever the old system agrees to export is taken over; whatever it refuses is re-entered, and that is said in advance.
Who sees the whole diary, who moves an appointment, who grants a discount. Decided with you.
The setup that makes a receipt come out right, and a closing balance without discussion.
An appointment booked, honoured, paid, then cancelled: the four paths checked before opening.
On the installed terminal, with your treatments. Everyday gestures and the ones that cause trouble.
The first days, when questions come up in real situations.
One contact who knows your installation, whatever device is involved.
These are operating objectives, not quantified gains: we publish no percentage until it has been measured at a client's and authorised by them.
Your clients' information
What is settled in the setup, and what stays in the team's hands.
Each person has their own. A shared account makes it impossible to know who did what.
Viewing a diary, changing an appointment, granting a discount, exporting data: these are not the same rights.
The record serves to carry out the treatment. What is not useful for that has no place in it.
At the audit we check what the chosen solution actually allows you to export, and in what format.
Screen locked when leaving reception, passwords not shared, a team member's departure followed by access removal.
Projexo sets up accounts, rights and access, and explains what the solution allows. The controller of your clients' data is you: the obligations that fall to you — informing people, retention periods, responding to an access or deletion request — are a matter for your organisation and, if necessary, legal advice. We provide no compliance guarantee and display none on this site.
We analyse your organisation before recommending the software, the hardware and the setup. The quote details every item, and the rollout schedule is set with you.
